These terms apply to all bet999 players in Pakistan and form the complete agreement between the player and the bet999 platform. In cases of conflict between these terms and any promotional material, these terms take precedence unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Eligibility. To open a bet999 account you must be at least 18 years of age. bet999 is a platform for adults only. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds held will be returned minus bonuses, in accordance with applicable law.
One account per person. Each individual may hold only one bet999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, bypass limits, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.
Accurate information. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method in your name. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or using payment methods not in your own name is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
Verification. bet999 may ask you to verify your identity at any time by providing supporting documentation. Requests for verification are standard practice and are not a cause for concern. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions until verification is completed.
Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. bet999 will never request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact bet999 support immediately.
Important: Do not share your bet999 login with anyone, including family members. Each person must register their own account. Shared accounts may be closed and balances forfeited if bet999 determines multiple users have accessed a single account.
Currency. All transactions on bet999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions and no exchange rate fees on any deposit or withdrawal.
Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit at bet999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though some payment methods may impose their own transaction limits at the provider level.
Accepted payment methods. bet999 currently accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Availability of specific methods may change without prior notice, though we will always maintain at least three active deposit options for Pakistani players.
Deposit ownership. Funds deposited into bet999 must originate from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent by another individual — are not permitted and may trigger identity verification or account restriction.
Deposit processing. Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers and card payments may take up to one business day to clear. bet999 is not responsible for delays originating with the payment provider.

Withdrawal eligibility. To withdraw from bet999, your account must be verified and you must have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses. Funds received as bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
Minimum withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at bet999 is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though high-value withdrawals may require additional verification steps as a security measure.
Withdrawal method. Where possible, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your original deposit method cannot accept withdrawals, bet999 support will assist you in completing the withdrawal via an alternative verified method.
Processing times. bet999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes outlined below. These are internal processing times — the time it takes for funds to arrive in your payment account after processing may vary by provider.
Withdrawal holds. bet999 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request to conduct identity verification, bonus wagering checks, or fraud prevention reviews. You will be notified promptly if a hold is placed and given clear instructions on how to resolve it.

Claiming bonuses. Promotional bonuses at bet999 are available to eligible registered players. Eligibility criteria are stated on each promotion page. A player may only claim any individual promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states it is repeatable (e.g., weekly cashback).
Wagering requirements. All bonuses at bet999 are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before the funds become withdrawable. For example, a Rs 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page before you claim.
Qualifying games. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Jackpot Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti) typically contribute 10–25%. Aviator and Crash Games contribute 50%. The specific contribution rates are displayed on each promotion's terms page.
Bonus expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are forfeited. The remaining real-money balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.
Bonus abuse. bet999 takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, staking patterns designed to satisfy wagering with minimal risk, using betting techniques that exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and forfeited balances may be voided.
Weekly cashback. VIP cashback at bet999 is calculated on net losses for the previous seven days and credited every Monday as real money (not bonus credits). There are no wagering requirements on VIP cashback. See the VIP Club page for rates per tier.
Note for Pakistani players: The bet999 welcome bonus and reload bonuses are designed to extend your playing time — they're not intended as a mechanism to withdraw free money. Play through the wagering on games you genuinely enjoy and the bonus adds real value. Attempting to game the system typically results in suspension.
Enrolment. All bet999 registered accounts are automatically enrolled in the VIP Club at Bronze tier from the moment of registration. There is no application required and no opt-in needed.
Point accumulation. VIP Points accumulate on all real-money wagers placed on bet999. Points are not awarded on demo play, on bets made with bonus credits, or on bets that are subsequently voided. The earning rate varies by game category as detailed on the VIP Club page.
Tier upgrades. Tier upgrades occur automatically when the required lifetime points threshold is reached. Benefits associated with the new tier activate immediately upon upgrade.
Tier maintenance. bet999's VIP Club is based on cumulative lifetime points. Tiers do not expire due to inactivity in the current implementation. bet999 reserves the right to introduce maintenance requirements with a minimum 30 days' written notice to affected players.
VIP benefits. All VIP benefits — including cashback rates, account manager assignment, and withdrawal priority — are as described on the VIP Club page at the time of tier upgrade. bet999 reserves the right to amend VIP benefits with 14 days' notice to members at the affected tier.
VIP account termination. If a player's account is closed for any reason — including voluntary closure, terms violation, or fraud — any accumulated VIP Points and unredeemed tier benefits are forfeited.
Random Number Generators. All non-live games on bet999 — including Jackpot Slots, Aviator, Crash Games, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game studios. These RNGs are periodically audited to verify their randomness and fairness. The outcomes of individual games are not influenced by bet999 or any third party after a game session begins.
Live dealer games. Live Casino and Teen Patti tables at bet999 are hosted by trained dealers working in a professional studio environment. Dealing is conducted with physical cards and equipment. All sessions are recorded and subject to review. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical chance and are not algorithmically influenced.
Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, streaming failure, or software error — bet999 will make every reasonable effort to honour the outcome as it stood at the point of interruption. In cases where an outcome cannot be reliably determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. bet999's decision in malfunction cases is final.
Return to Player (RTP). Each game on bet999 has a published theoretical Return to Player percentage, which is available in the game information section. RTP is a long-run statistical figure and does not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.
Game history. Your complete game history is available in your bet999 account dashboard. This includes all bets placed, outcomes, stakes, and winnings for all game categories.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet999 and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any balance:
bet999 cooperates with law enforcement authorities in all matters relating to fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activity. Suspected illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Fraud prevention: bet999 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor transactions and gameplay patterns in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed on temporary hold while a manual review is conducted. If you believe your account has been held in error, contact support immediately with your account details.
bet999 takes responsible gaming seriously and has integrated a range of tools designed to help players maintain a healthy relationship with gambling. These tools are available to all players directly from their account settings panel and require no support contact to activate.
Deposit limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limits take effect immediately when set. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive changes during active sessions.
Session reminders. Opt-in session time reminders can be set to notify you when a defined amount of playing time has elapsed. This feature operates independently of game wins or losses.
Cooling-off periods. A cooling-off period temporarily restricts your ability to deposit or play for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). Cooling-off periods activate immediately and cannot be cancelled before they expire.
Self-exclusion. If you feel you need to stop gambling entirely, bet999 offers self-exclusion for periods from 6 months to permanent. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you will not receive any promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the stated period expires.
Reality checks. bet999 may apply automatic reality checks to accounts where unusual patterns of play are detected. These checks may include voluntary pop-up reminders, mandatory breaks, or temporary deposit restrictions.

bet999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous availability, bet999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times.
bet999 is not liable for losses arising from: platform downtime, technical malfunction, internet connectivity failures on the player's side, third-party payment processor delays or failures, or any force majeure event outside bet999's reasonable control.
bet999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to account closure for terms violation, loss of VIP status, or forfeiture of bonuses under these terms.
bet999's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
Disputes: If you believe bet999 has made an error in connection with your account, game outcome, or payment, contact our support team within 30 days of the event. We review all legitimate disputes and respond within 72 hours. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be actionable.
bet999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes — those affecting your rights, bonus terms, or payment policies — bet999 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform.
Minor changes, such as clarifications of existing terms, correction of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment providers, may take effect immediately upon publication on the bet999 website.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the current version of the terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of bet999 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not accept an amendment, you should stop using bet999 and contact support to close your account. Your real-money balance will be refunded in full to your registered payment method, less any amounts under active bonus wagering.
